Congratulations to S.P.A.C.E. who were awarded the Rosebowl Trophy for their performance of "Cliff's Edge" by Paul Beard, directed by Alan Churcher, starring John Hall, Jon Kille & Fiona Morrison.

Congratulations also to John Hall who was awarded the David Thomas trophy for Best Actor.

The Seniors from SPACE Youth Theatre were also highly praised for their play “The Terrible Fate of Humpty Dumpty” with Simon Scoble being nominated for the “Adjudicator’s Pot” for his role as Terry Dumpton. The adjudicator also paid special mention to Max Cassily who played one of the Police Officers, and Tom Mills who played the bully Stubbs.

Well done to all those involved in what has been a great year for SPACE!

Synopsis:

The victim of a deadly gang at his new school, Terry Dumpton is hounded to the end. Fear, pity, guilt and deceipt divide the bullies, giving rise to discussions of moral issues, prejudices, the community and media subjects.
