Set
in a neglected graveyard of a little church by a cliff on the Lancashire

deceased for nearly thirty years, is waiting for his wife Beth to join
him. Unable to be seen or to communicate with the living Harry can
only watch helplessly as his daughter Angie wheels the now deaf and
ailing Beth to the graveside for their monthly visit. Then a
five-strong family arrives to scatter Dad’s ashes in his ancestral plot.
Over a picnic Harry sees his chance to reach out to Beth – through the
medium of teenage Rosemary’s unhappiness and Janice’s cold salmon.
